I purchased this device to increase shoulder strength and to be able to do a pushup. This was advertised on TV (HSN or QVC) for 89.99. I ended up waiting too late and ordered it from the tv’s website (HSN or QVC) for $119.99 with the straps. I should not have purchased the straps because I never use them. DON’T BUY DIRECT FROM WONDERCORE! I’m not reviewing the product, because I purchased it as a gift. I just want to strongly advise that anyone purchasing it would do well to purchase through Amazon or another online retailer. I purchased this direct from their TV ad – what a mistake!
