Should you eat three big meals or many mini-meals?

( CNN ) In the nutritional world, conventional wisdom suggests that the more frequently you eat, the more likely “youre gonna have to” burn off those calories and control hunger pangs. And so the idea of having eating six or more “mini-meals” each day, just enough to fuel your torso and tide you over until your next bites, has frequently been been recommended as a more waistline-friendly dieting approach than eating three larger snacks. But science evolves, and the answer to whether you are able to eat many mini-meals or three bigger snacks is no longer a straightforward one.
