Support lower back. Support lower back. 45″ long and 8″ wide. Like the extra length. It overlaps about 8″ (yes there are two 8″ dimensions). Have other support belts. They are too short. Not much over lap. So when I slack the tension the velcro catches. This is on my other belts. NOT this one. It has enough overlap so velcro sticks to the belt not me.
