During a Wednesday appearance on ITV’s Lorraine in the UK, she said:

“I don’t have time to do much exercising, I just watch what I feed. I’m carefully considered and conscious of what I feed. I’ll be out and think, ‘no it’s too early to eat right now.'”

“I’m very conscious of what I put in my body.”

Well, it has paid off BIG TIME!

The singer boasts an 80 -pound weight loss from when she first started out in the business. And she has managed to keep it off too!
